A narrow scope, a clear fit.

We keep the scope deliberately narrow. We would rather work across a few product families knowing exactly which printer and which label they suit, than carry a wide catalogue and fail to find the right item.

Products

A narrow scope, a clear fit.

01

Wax ribbon

The economical standard on paper labels.

The most common ribbon type for coated and vellum paper labels. Standard for warehouse, shipping, shelf and carton barcodes. Suited to applications with low abrasion and chemical exposure.

  • Label surface Coated, vellum
  • Printer type Flat-head desktop and industrial
  • Typical use Warehouse, shipping, shelf
02

Wax-resin ribbon

Mid-range resistance to abrasion and moisture.

Used on production and logistics labels where barcodes face abrasion during handling. Gives a sharper edge than wax, improving readability on small type and dense barcodes.

  • Label surface Paper and some synthetics
  • Durability Abrasion, light moisture
  • Typical use Lot and serial numbering
03

Resin ribbon

For synthetic labels and demanding conditions.

Used on synthetic labels such as PP, PE and PET. Preferred for product labels facing chemical contact, heat or a long service life. Correct label-to-ribbon matching is critical here; a mismatch can cause the print to scratch off.

  • Label surface PP, PE, PET
  • Durability Chemical, heat, long life
  • Typical use Product and asset labels
04

Blank labels

Same shipment as the ribbon, fit already checked.

Plain coated and vellum labels. Delivered with the ribbon in one order, one consignment and one invoice. We check label-to-ribbon compatibility, reducing the risk of a mismatch between two separate suppliers.

  • Material Coated, vellum
  • Printing Plain (blank)
  • Compatibility Matched to the ribbon

Correct fit

Five things we ask before quoting.

A price given without these five facts is a guess. A ribbon shipped on a guess may not load, may not give the print you expect, or may wear the printhead over time. We ask in order to remove that risk up front.

core core Ink side OUT (CSO) Ink side IN (CSI) ↑ ink side ↓ ink side
Some printers accept both winds; where they do not, the wrong wind either will not load or will not print.
Flat-head Near-edge ribbon label ribbon label
Most ribbons are technology-specific. Compatibility is confirmed from the maker's datasheet.
ribbon width roll outer Ø media (liner) width core inner Ø
The ribbon must cover the full media width including liner, with a margin, not just the label.

Quotation

Just tell us the printer model.

If you do not know the size, that is fine. Give us the printer model and the width of your media including the liner, and we will work it out.
